Little Rock, Ark. — The federal trial of Bob Sam Castleman of Lawrence County and other Randolph County, Ark., residents on drug related charges originally scheduled here on Oct, 29 has been continued to April 29, 2013. All eight defendants have had their trials continued to the same date.
The group of Randolph and Lawrence County residents will appear in Federal District Court on charges stemming from a federal indictment this year charging them with conspiring to and the manufacture or delivery of meth, with some of the charges dating back to 2008.
Charged are: Bob Sam Castleman of Imboden, Ark., Thomas Thorn Watson, Travis Blaine Perkins, Randall Byrd, James Barnett, Travis Watkins, Rebecca Louise Spray, and Robert Jerrod Castleman.
A motion to suppress evidence in the case against Bob Sam Castlelman and Rebecca Louise Spray was recently denied.
