His vehicle was stopped Saturday in Portia, Ark., and the subsequent search revealed the working lab, a large quantity of Meth (Ice), and prescription medications including Hydrocodone, Oxycontin and Xanax.
Larkin was transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center in Walnut Ridge by an Arkansas State Police officer.
This arrest was the start of an investigation by the Drug Task Force into suspected drug trafficking in Lawrence County.
The vehicle and lab were taken into custody by new Walnut Ridge Drug interdiction officer Bubba Blackwood. The Lawrence County Sheriff’s office also assisted in the arrest.
