Mountain Home, Ark. — A 51-year-old rural Mountain Home man was arrested Wednesday for selling meth in a sting operation by the Baxter County Sheriff’s office and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
Bobby Don Morris was arrested on felony counts after selling meth to a sting operation on three separate occasions.
Morris is charged with three counts of meth delivery (one a Class Y felony and two Class B Felonies) and three counts of unlawful use of a communication device, a cell phone (Class C felonies).
During the three sales police say Morris collected a total of $1,450 from buyers during monitored sales.
He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center in Mountain Home on $25,000 bond on the drug charges and without bond on a parole violation.
Morris is scheduled to appear in Circuit Court April 16.
