Police said they located Horn on a tip they got Friday night. Horn was the prime suspect in the double murder of Sandra Kay Sutton and her 17-year-old son Zachary Wade. The mother and son were found dead of gunshot wounds at her brother’s home in Clinton Thursday morning.
Horn had previously been accused of keeping Ms. Sutton at his home in Sedalia for four months imprisoned in a homemade wooden box.
