Thayer BobcatCabool, Mo. — The Thayer Bobcats shut out the Cabool Bulldogs here Friday night with a score of 43-0 as Thayer defense kept them in punt out city and the only time they got near the goal line they forced a fumble.
The Thayer Bobcats’ quarterback, Ayden Henry, launched a 65-yard bomb to Matt Griffith to put him on the 5 yard line in their first possession of the game, and when Braydon Pender made the touchdown and had it wiped out due to holding penalty the best they could come away with was a 22-yard Landon Tyler field goal to make the first quarter score 3-0.
The Bulldogs then fumbled it away to the Bobcats and they lost on downs. And as the second quarter got under way the Bulldogs went back to punt out city.
