Grove, Okla., man killed and 22-year-old woman injured in Benton County, Ark., Saturday
Arkansas State Police 3Benton County, Ark. — A 59-year-old Grove, Okla., man was killed here Saturday just after noon on State Highway 72 South and West Second Street.
Arkansas State Police said Stephen W. Giles was killed when he was thrown from his vehicle in the accident.
His passenger, McKenzie Fay Wilcox, 22, also of Grove was injured when she was also thrown out of the vehicle in the accident.
Wilcox was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo., and Giles was taken to the Benton County Coroner.
No other information about the accident was provided by Arkansas State Police.

Hot Springs, Ark., man, 77, killed in accident on Park Ave. here Saturday
Arkansas State Police 3Hot Springs, Ark. — A 77-year-old Hot Springs man was killed here Saturday afternoon when the car he was driving left the road and overturned on Park Avenue north of Hot Springs.
Arkansas State Police said Alton Blocker was driving his `1998 Oldsmobile northbound on Park Avenue when the accident occurred. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by the Garland County Coroner.
Police said the victim was taken to Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. The accident happened at 4 p.m., and police noted there was a mist

Greenbrier, Ark., man, 28, killed when his motorcycle collides with Jeep
Arkansas State Police 3Faulkner County, Ark. — A 28-year-old Greenbrier, Ark., man was killed here Friday when he rode his motorcycle over the center line on Highway 107 near Fortson Road and collided with a Jeep.
Arkansas State Police said Cody Stevenson was riding his ’07 Suzi motorcycle northbound when he crossed over the center line and hit the left front of the Jeep. Police said Stevenson was thrown from his motorcycle.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and was taken to the Faulkner County Coroner’s office.The accident occurred at 7:54 p.m.

Fort Smith, Ark., man, killed both two passengers injured when SUV crashes over I-40 exit guard rail
Arkansas State Police 3Van Buren, Ark. — A 24-year-old Fort Smith, Ark., man was killed and his two passengers injured when his vehicle crashed over the guard rail at the I-40 exit 7 westbound just before midnight Friday.
Arkansas State Police said Dylan Eric Flatte was killed when he was thrown from his vehicle when he failed to make a curve, overcorrected and crashed over the guard rail.
His passengers, Melissa Decker, 30, of Van Buren and Sarah Lenzen, 24, of Greenwood were both taken to Sparks Hospital in Van Buren. The victim was taken to Beasley’s Mortuary in Fort Smith.
Flatte was driving an ’08 Nissan SUV when the accident occurred.
