Mulllins, who has been free on $100,000 bond since his arrest in October 2015, is now set to appear before Ripley County Circuit Court Judge Michael Pritchett at 9 a.m. April 4 for his arraignment.
Mullins has been charged with First Degree Sodomy, First Degree Rape, sexual contact with a student by a teacher and sexual contact on school property.
He is accused of digitally violating and raping a juvenile female student in the school supply closet.
Mullins resigned his position with the school district in November, and at that time the school district was preparing charges to have his teaching certificate revoked.
He is represented by Poplar Bluff attorney Daniel T. Moore.
