Springfield, Mo. — Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is scheduled to appear in Springfield Saturday evening.
“A Future to Believe In” rally is scheduled at John Q. Hammons (JQH) Arena adjacent to the Missouri State University (MSU) campus in Springfield.
Doors open at 4 p.m. Sanders is expected to appear at approximately 7 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged. To RSVP, go HERE.
Admission is first come, first served. Arena capacity is approximately 10,500. Public entrance is through the southeast main entrance. Free parking is available.
Missouri’s presidential primary takes place Tuesday, March 15, from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m. (Voters in line at 7 p.m. will be allowed to vote.) Seventy-one Democratic delegates will be selected. In addition, there will be 13 “super delegates” from Missouri.
