2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. dry red wine
2 tsps. oregano
2 tbsp dijon mustard
3 crushed cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings: grilled onions, lettuce, tomato
Mix all ingredients together and cook using your favorite method. Stella recommends cooking over charcoal or wood for best results. Serve on onion rolls. Any uneaten patties can be frozen, thawed overnight in the fridge, and re-heated in a skillet.
